By placing an order with KFDTeam you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of purchase, payment and delivery, and accept these terms as described below and in other sections of this website. All parts remain the property of KFDTeam until full payment. Payment is considered completed when the funds are credited to the seller’s account.

The most efficient method for placing orders with KFDTeam is via the website store. Orders placed through the website will be processed within 3-5 business days. Notices will be sent for orders that contain items that are currently on backorder. Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications regarding your transaction are successful.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

KFDTeam accepts payment via PayPal or Bitcoins, or Bank Cards logos of which are shown on home-page.

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

All KFDTeam brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. In the event of a possible defect in material, design, or any other defect in a part manufactured, designed or sold by KFDTeam, the responsibility of KFDTeam is limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the replacement of the product if KFDTeam determines the product to be defective, and subject to KFDTeam’s inspection of the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in any event, exceed the original purchase price. KFDTeam will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product.

Warranty claims shall be delivered by pre-paid shipment to KFDTeam for review. Claims must include the failed part(s) and original proof of purchase. If the claim has any of these items missing, it may be rejected and returned to sender.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Any repairs or modifications made to KFDTeam products, improper installation, misuse, or abuse will void the limited warranty.

Credit for defective products will be issued following inspection by KFDTeam. KFDTeam, under no circumstances will be responsible for incidental and/or consequential damages, property damages, personal injury damage, or damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever.

All parts manufactured, designed, or sold by KFDTeam must be installed by a licensed technician. Serious injury, death, and property damage can result from the use of automobiles. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuse of aftermarket parts.

Note: KFDTeam is not responsible for damage to components that are operated or used at temperatures equal to or below minus 25 degrees Celsius (below minus 13 degrees Fahrenheit).

All shipped FRP parts are gel coated. Priming and painting are buyer's responsibility. Scratches on the surface are normal for this step of manufacturing process and are to be eliminated during priming and painting by a licensed technician at the buyer's expense.

Colors, technical details, shapes, stickers, shown on this website can differ from real appearance and could be changed without prior notice.

Note: All vehicle modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. These components are legal for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. The loss of vehicle warranty rests solely on the vehicle owner. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these items. KFDTeam is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred by the user. Please consider and respect your state and local laws.

By purchasing a KFDTeam product or a product sold by KFDTeam, you acknowledge the above disclaimer and agree to its terms; any claim against KFDTeam must be brought within one year of purchase of the product. KFDTeam makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
